why i like it:
Tells me pretty much everything I could want to know about what shell extensions are installed, and lets me disable/re-enable them.

(NOTE: I ended up solving all the problems I thought I would fix with this in the 'Folder Options'>'File Types' thing in Explorer before I solved them with this.)
