why i like it:
This lets you use the Winamp Media Library with your iPod in place of iTunes.  With all the functionality I would expect from a good iTunes replacement.

(NOTE: The only benefit of iTunes over this is that support for brand new iPods isn't instantaneous with ml_ipod, due, of course, to Apple's ownership of iTunes.)
